Removed temporary amplitude patchout, clarified harmony instance, cleaned up some logging, cleaned up utils, added some photon type names (issue #1)

Fix parameter that does not exist on target method for besthttp patch (new); add conditional rewrite logging in both besthttp patches (previously were always logged); bump to 1.0.2

Patch Photon on new nameserver request, update patch semver, minor visual changes
